Dimensional Stability Calculator
To find out the
amount of change possible, please enter your own environmental
conditions along with the overall size of the mask. As a general
rule, glass photomasks are much more stable than film masks as
they have less movement in temperature and are not susceptible to
humidity. You may enter sizes in any units you prefer.
This handy calculator will give the dimensional changes expected
of both our film mask and glass masks dependant upon your given
temperature and humidity processing conditions. We process films
and masks in a controlled environment to 21degC and 50% Humidity.
If your conditions differ from these, then there is a danger that
the mask will increase or decrease in size.
