email
Sending by EMAIL

This is our preferred method of receiving data.

Jobs or RFQ can be sent to us at the email addresses shown to the left. Please include the attached file name somewhere in the main message body, and always compress the attached data as a zip (or other) file. The maximum message size that we recommend sending this way is 20mb - if the file size is larger, please consider another method.

If you are sending any data to us after 3.00pm that needs processing the same day, you must phone a confirmation of the job (certain mail servers can sometimes be very slow, and we need to look out for any urgent jobs late in the afternoon to ensure a speedy response)

You will receive an automated mail message to confirm receipt of the job once we have downloaded into our mailbox..It would be extremely helpful if you could send a process order with the job, or alternatively fax one afterwards.

Our offices are open to receive parcels and letters from 9.00am until 6.00pm. If you need to arrange delivery to us outside of these times, please contact us. Whenever sending anything to us, we recommend you use a registered or signed for method.

We are also more than happy to receive you personally at our production offices - although please make sure that we know you are coming (so we can get the kettle on for you!).

FTP

ftp.photomask.co.uk
USERNAME photomask_co_uk
PASSWORD photomask

FTP

You will need a suitable FTP program to access an ftp site, or alternatively you can use the address bar of your web browser. It's important to notice that currently we DO NOT CHECK our ftp server for new files, so you MUST notify us if you send data using this method.

Please add your data to the PUT-DATA folder.

Please also note that anybody has read permission on this server, so for the short duration it stays on the server, anybody could in theory take a copy of the data (although this would be very rare, and has never happened so far). If your design is confidential, please contact us to discuss other methods.
