Part of our 'Live Support' system allows us to see which domains are visiting our site at any time, and provides us with their domain names, geographical location and other browser information. Periodically, where our live support operators feel suitable, we may contact you directly to offer support or help whilst visiting the webpage. Any conversations that are entered into will be recorded and copies will be emailed to both the sales team at Photodata and also the visitor. We never record voice conversations.
