We are actively looking for Agents and Distributors to represent us around the world in the following product areas:-
Photo-Masks, Photo-Tooling, PCB Scanning
Our products are quite often unique - we have an excellent reputation for service and support, and have recognised quality to back up these words. Remuneration is good, and depending upon the agreement, we can offer sole territory rights with regular sales leads passed directly to you.
An agent is a company or individual who represents another company (the 'principal') and who usually receives commission on sales that the agent arranges. For example, an agent will find customers for the manufacturer's goods, the manufacturer will sell directly to the customer and the agent will be paid a commission by the manufacturer.
A distributor, on the other hand, is someone who buys goods from a manufacturer or supplier and then sells the goods on to its customers. For this situation, a distributor agreement, would be required. As a distributor, you would be appointed defined territories which may be exclusive. Distributors will be given help, assistance, sales leads and technical support during the period of the contract, but in return will be set strict quotas which they must meet.
