SCan Component

ScanCOMPONENT is a PC based offline component programming system for the creation of vision data files for the smallest flip chip and bumped packages to the largest odd form devices. Wafer trays, nozzles, shields, lead frames and feeder tapes can also be imaged, measured and processed. The system includes a calibrated high-resolution colour scanner platform combined with a powerful, easy to use, software package.

Obtain component measurement data by simply placing the desired component on the flatbed scanner, bringing the image into the system and filling in the required fields. This creates an output file that is ready to use, a simple process taking only a few minutes.

ScanPLACE provides a sophisticated and user friendly alternative to complex CAM software packages and inaccurate, time consuming manual inspection and programming methods that cost assembly houses productivity, time and money.

Designed to increase PCB assembly productivity, ScanPLACE is a fully integrated, off-line programming, inspection and measurement workstation.

Using a calibrated, high-resolution, colour imaging system, ScanPLACE produces assembly programs and process documentation for Surface Mount, Insertion, Test, Inspection and Dispensing machines.

ScanStencil

ScanSTENCIL is a fully integrated, stand-alone measurement and inspection workstation for use after stencil and screen fabrication or other machined, etched or laser cut operations.

ScanSTENCIL uses a PC Windows based software package integrated with a high-resolution, calibrated, A3 size flatbed scanner. This combination allows inspection of both stencils and screens for accuracy, and the ability to inspect 100% for absence/presence and correct size of apertures.

ScanINSPECT VPI is a fully integrated, stand-alone process control, measurement, inspection and programming workstation for use in setting up processes before the production floor,
or simply performing sampling inspection.

ScanINSPECT VPI uses a PC Windows based package integrated with a high-resolution, calibrated size flatbed scanner. This combination allows inspection of artwork, PCB’s, ceramic substrates, components, stencils and screens at virtually any stage of the production process. Parts can be inspected against either Gerber data, CAD data or golden parts. All variables come together as a virtual part to avoid costly problems before full production starts.

Scan PCB's

Scan Skip Mark

ScanINSPECT AMI (Automatic Mark Inspection) identifies the “skip” marks that designate defective PCB boards in a panel. AMI provides a simple and user-friendly alternative to time-consuming manual checking methods or expensive, high-end placement systems checking each board. Boards with skip marks can now be used with AMI to decrease production time. Additionally many board fabricators offer price discounts for panels with skip marks; these boards can now be used.

ScanINSPECT AMI uses simple Windows user interface integrated with an automatic conveyor and image-processing unit. This combination allows for skip marks to be detected both inline and offline (with a loader/unloader). Both methods save considerable time since the board is checked only once by a single machine rather than multiple times by multiple machines.

ScanINSPECT provides a simple and user-friendly alternative to inaccurate and time-consuming manual inspection methods or expensive, high-end AOI systems. ScanINSPECT uses a simple Windows user interface integrated with an automatic table and image-processing unit. This combination allows 100% inspection of adhesive placement on PCBs after dispensing.

ScanINSPECT’ ADI provides 100% verification of absence / presence of glue dot dispensing before entering the placement environment. Provides offline inspection for SPC sampling of low volume production. Each PCB or substrate is placed from the dispensing or printing machine into ScanINSPECT for 100% inspection. The PCB is then accepted and returned to the surface mount machines or rejected. No more surprises!

Scan Dispense

Scan Paste

ScanINSPECT SPI provides a simple and user-friendly alternative to inaccurate and time-consuming manual inspection methods or expensive, high-end AOI systems. ScanINSPECT SPI uses a simple Windows user interface integrated with an automatic conveyor and image-processing unit. This combination allows 100% inspection of printed solder paste.

ScanINSPECT SPI provides 100% 2D non-contact verification of bridging, paste on pads, and the total area of solder paste before adding further value to the PCB. Each PCB exits the printing machine and enters ScanINSPECT SPI for 100% inspection. The part is then accepted and continues on with the process or rejected for disposition. No more surprises!
