PCB Centroid Data Programs

SMD Assembly Files - from your  data and programmed to your requirements !

We provide a sophisticated alternative to inaccurate, time consuming manual inspection and programming methods that cost assembly houses productivity, time and money. Designed to increase PCB assembly productivity, our service is a fully integrated, off-line programming, inspection and measurement workstation.

WHAT WE'LL DO
We will create you a placement file, including BOM's if required, ready to download to your SMD machine. We will use one of 2 different processes for this (VisualCAM or ScanPLACE) , depending upon your requirements and specifications.

WHAT WE NEED
You need to send us your PCB data files - preferably in IPC-356 format with 274X Gerber data, although we can accept many other formats including films/artworks and even actual sample boards.

We will also need  you to fill out a specification sheet - telling us what placement machine you use, what format you need, any special factors such as rotation/ fiducials / panelisation etc.. You can use the form below.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR SMD FILE!

1) Send us your requirements. Click  HERE to download the form.

2) Agree to abide by the conditions by Signing the form and faxing back to 0161 620 0764 (or email)

3) Prepare your data according to the specification sheet, zip everything you have on the design even if you think it may be irrelevant, and send it to jd.info@jdphoto.co.uk

We shall treat your information as confidential, and would be happy to sign non-disclosure forms if required.

Using a calibrated, high-resolution, colour imaging system, we produces assembly programs and process documentation for Surface Mount, Insertion, Test, Inspection and Dispensing machines.
