HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simple. The system is based around a HIGH resolution optical flatbed scanner. The part to be inspected is placed on the scanner bed, scanned at a HIGH resolution, and then compared back to the master database. Any errors or discrepancies between the part and the master are then easily highlighted on screen. The master is normally the original CAD or design drawing, but equally can be a pre-inspected 'golden' master. The system can even scan and inspect 'wet' parts using a special non-contact method !

Where do we start !    The system is an optical scanner, so effectively any flat part can be placed on the bed and inspected. We have customers in many different fields of application.

CAN I HAVE A DEMO ?

Sure. Send us along a sample part that needs inspection, and preferably any CAD databases that you may have for it, and we will run a complete analysis inspection and send you back a fully documented report.. Once you have received this, we can go one step further and then run a live demo via the internet where you can see the part being inspected and you can then spend time going through all of those questions that you probably have.

Desktop System...
This is our most low-cost product, and is the most favoured by our clients. The scanner sits in a desktop environment and the parts for inspection are placed upon the glass bed and then scanned at a variety of resolutions.

Table Top System.....
This non contact table top system is required where inspection of wet or delicate parts is needed.

Conveyor Module....
The conveyor module is our premium product, and allows 100% inspection built into a production environment. we can tailor this system to suit many conveyorised applications, such as reel to reel, product marking etc etc
