Agfa have recently been implementing a plan to reduce the number of distributors in each European country. On 1st September 2007, Agfa chose Photo Data to be the UK representative. Having just one distributor in each country greatly reduces the road to market and therefore avoids ongoing expensive delivery costs - savings which can then be passed onto the customer.

We had already been supplying Agfa Film products and PCB related services to the Electronic Industry for over 35 years. Our technical support, therefore, was second to none. The fact that we use Agfa film internally in our own service bureau, meant that we could also offer local technical support from either our Northern or Sales production facilities.

What Advantages can Photo Data offer ?

We have 2 very special value-added service to our Agfa PCB film customers.

1) Back Up Plotting Service - If your own in-house photoplotting department has a temporary breakdown, we shall offer to run all of your plots for you at a very special price - just £10 per film (subject to certain conditions) This very special price is only offered to our regular Agfa account customers.

2) Silver Recovery - we can take your silver flake away for refining at the same time as delivering film to you - you get 85% of the current silver price and all of the paperwork is taken care of. Again, this very special service is only offered to our existing Agfa customers.
