RPF Idealine™
RPF is a silver halide phototooling film designed specifically for use on red helium-neon and red diode photoplotters.

OPF Idealine™
OPF is a silver halide phototooling film designed for use in both photoplotters and contact frames. OPF is an orthochromatic film (sensitive to blue & green light)

CPF Idealine™
U.V.-sensitive contact film suitable for making working copies for printed circuits as well as for reprographic applications. These films can be handled outside the darkroom in bright white artificial light.

DPF Idealine™
Idealine DPF is a U.V.-sensitive, direct-positive film suitable for making duplicate working copies. These films can be handled outside the darkroom in bright white artificial light. .

High Resolution HRR™
HRR and HRO are special High Resolution films , made for applications where the finest lines and sharpest edges are required. Available for Red Laser and also Blue/Green.

Idealine™ Chemistry

Idealine™ processing chemicals include the following: A silver film developer (PDEV) offering consistent processing and a "set-up and leave" operation. A silver film fixer (PFIX) with a boron-free formulation that is environmentally friendly, and a tank cleaner (P-D Cleaner) for removing chemical deposits on the developer tank and rack of a silver film processor. All the Idealine™ chemicals are packaged to be cleanroom compatible.

The Idealine™ range of films offer excellent line edge acuity for optimal image transfer to photoresists. With a dimensionally stable structure that reduces registration errors the film also incorporates a scratch and abrasion resistant double overcoat which reduces handling defects and extend phototool life This is the Ideal film if you need outstanding process latitude and exceptional line width control

They yield excellent results in Idealine and rapid access processing. Thickness of the polyester base: 0.18 mm (.007”). The films are used for high quality work in the PCB industry, chemical milling and for cartographic and industrial applications with high demands for image quality, scratch resistance and dimensional stability.

High Resolution - HRR is a red-sensitive line film. It is especially designed for ultra-short exposure times (microseconds) in photoplotters with red neon lasers (633nm) or laser diodes (650 – 670 nm). HRO is a violet-blue-green-sensitive line film. It is especially designed for ultra-short exposure times (microseconds) in photoplotters with violet leds (405 nm)or blue argon lasers (488 nm) or green laser diodes (500 – 553 nm).

The films are used for high quality work in the PCB industry, chemical milling and for the production of FPD’s with high demands for fine line capabilities, image quality, scratch resistance and dimensional stability. Lines and spaces of 5 μm with excellent image quality can be generated. The combination of the polyester base with the High Resolution emulsions ensures maximum dimensional stability.
